If you want to be noticed, the bright yellow paint and red badges of the new Amarillo package for the 2006 Ford Super Duty pickup might help. Ford is using the package to remind us of the "Tonka" concept truck that heralded the Super Duty styling refresh last year. The truck also gets chrome detailing inside and out and special gauges, hopefully not in the Southwestern typeface as the badges. The 2006 SD will also be available with a $895 chrome package that features 5-inch chrome running boards, billet-style grille, chrome tow hooks and chrome exhaust tips. 20-inch rims are now optional for the first time on the Lariat model.
