In the whole "the media hates GM" arguments comes yet another seemingly positive article about Bill Ford Jr. The CEO of Ford is facing many of the same troubles as his counterparts at GM. Yet this Slate article seems to send him up as the perfect CEO. I wonder how much of this good will is due to Ford's "fine manner" and not his actual expertise. But it is interesting to note that Ford might be doing better than GM but they're not sitting pretty by any means. Yet all we hear are GM's problems.
