We've followed the Delphi scandal over the past couple of months and feel this is just another sprinkle on the cupcake of their problems. The FBI is involved with the SEC, Department of Justice and the U.S. Postal Inspectors. The newest accounting "mistake" was $237 million in cash payments made to General Motors in 2000 that were improperly stated. Delphi should complete the restatement of its financial results by June 30.
