The state of New York has joined the hydrogen bandwagon and announced a deal to lease two Honda FCX fuel cell vehicles for the next two years. This is the first such deal in the northeast part of the country and the press release touts the car's ability to start in subfreezing weather as one reason the deal was made. All the good feeling, clean air, no emissions crap was also mentioned. To the right you'll see New York governor George Pataki shaking hands with American Honda president and CEO Koichi Kondo.
