The slogan "Moving Forward" will anchor Toyota's latest marketing push, cooked up by advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi. Their new TV spot shows a wheel rolling through different lives, from kids playing street hockey to a couple cutting a rug. The wheel not so coincidentally passes by various Toyota land chariots during the commercial, and the announcer comes in at the end with a violently sincere "Wherever you are headed in life, we'd be honored to help you get there." Awww, thanks Toyota, I'm honored to have you along for the poorly-assembled carnival ride that is my life. Toyota trucks will get their own identity, with a special logo and an injection of ruggedness. "Moving Forward" replaces Toyota's "Get the feeling" campaign, which most consumers often associated with nausea or gastrointestinal unrest.
