It seems even more people are reporting those pesky fires in their Honda CR-Vs after oil changes according to this story on MSNBC. As of last week 20 owners reported fires caused by oil leaking in the engine bay. Honda itself reported 22 such incidents in 2003 model year CR-Vs. Surprising there haven't been any injuries but this article states a few owners lost vehicles totally engulfed in flame. The kicker is because Honda calls the issue a technician problem, any damage that has to be paid to the customers is coming out of dealers' pockets, not Honda's.
