Hummer H2 output cut by 1,000
All you Hummer haters out there rejoice. In the face of slipping sales GM's monster SUV the Hummer H2 will see production reduced by 1,000 vehicles through the end of the year. The workers on two shifts that build the H2 and H2 SUT will be reassigned for that second shift to a neighboring plant that builds the even larger Hummer H1 and the military equipped Hummers. Because of the glut of H2s on lots there are even incentives on the luxury badge. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

H2 production down, Prius production up - what more could you ask for? The market has spoken, and the impractical are falling out of style. I'm thrilled.

The Hummer reached its ceiling pretty fast and now people have realized that for tons of dough less they can have the exact same car just prettier. A Chevy Tahoe. YUK!
