It was only a matter of time but no one expected Chrysler to roll out hybrids as early as 2006 as was hinted at by Chrysler Group CEO Dieter Zetsche at a company event in Santa Barbara, California. "We will be there in the hybrid market as well. Obviously, not as one of the first, but we will be there." No definitely not the first that's for sure and there's no word on which vehicles may receive a hybrid engine, but 100 diesel-electric Dodge Ram trucks are heading out to fleet customers this year. Will the 300C be as sexy with a hybrid?
