I don't know if it's the real deal, or a different car kitted out to look like the real deal, or just a plain scam, but in any case, there's a Mercedes CLK GTR Roadster on Ebay. You have about 46 hours left to surpass the $1,776,001 bid, and keep in mind the reserve has not yet been met. There have been 29 bids so far, most probably from people who set up fake accounts just so they can say they bid on this piece of automotive history. If the car is real, it's one of only five in the world. Somewhat suspect is the fact that the car was "never driven" but it has eight miles on it. Hmmmm. Also, in the seller's feedback file is a line claiming that he's a "nice dresser." I should hope so.
