Station wagon + Hemi = awesome. The aggressive design of the Dodge Magnum R/T matches the equally mean 340-hp Hemi under the hood, which is ready to bust unsuspecting neck vertebrae with 390 lb./ft. of torque. A cavernous cargo hold lurks in back, and the conservative cabin is a welcome change of pace from the vehicle's overall brashness. However, sheer speed and practicality notwithstanding, I must seriously question Dodge's decision to nix any kind manual transmission option. The slushbox-equipped R/T shakes you down for $30,000.
