You've probably heard the expression "tested at the Nürburgring" as an advertising ploy to get you to buy anything from a ridiculously fast car to a ridiculously smooth razor. Well, Kim Wolfkill had the serious misfortune to get to drive a BMW M3 around the 'ring's infamous Nordschleife ("North Loop"), renowned for an insane amount of crazed turns, blind crests and high-speed straights. In the in-depth article over at R&T you can read about the history of the track which came to be known as "Green Hell", and how anyone with 15 bucks can get a hot lap.
